Named after the Arabic word for hope, Raja are one of Africa\'s pre eminent clubs, and won the African Champions cup in 1989, a year after the first league title. In the time since then, the team in green and white has since picked up 8 more league titles and won the African Champions cup twice more.
The shirt is green and white striped, the team have played in both plain white and green striped shirts over the years. One feature is that the green stripes have a paint effect, with a watercolour style finish, using 6 shades and hues of green in the design. The crest is an old one, the latest crest is an eyesore.
On the inside of the collar the wording \"Vox Populi\" is present. This is one of the clubs nicknames (The peoples voice), given after the foundation by Moroccan nationalists in 1949
The sponsor is a logistics company, with the logo greyscaled from red and blue (red the colour of rivals WAC)
