SPFL Champions Patch

- Generic Description: If you win a lower league in Scotland, as with most leagues, you don't get to wear a champions patch seeing as you have been promoted. My idea is for a seperate champions patch to be worn on one sleeve and the normal league patch to be worn on the other sleeve.
