KF Tirana, of Albania’s Kategoria Superiore league, might not be in anyone’s top ten list of European footballing superpowers but they are a force to be reckoned with domestically - to say the least - and more than worthy of a Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) stage.

That’s exactly what they got, and it was impressive, with DF members embracing the challenge with a wide range of approaches.

Angola are not a heavyweight of African football by any stretch of the imagination, but they have made it to 2024’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON/CAN), so their Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) stage can’t be argued against.

Indeed, even if they hadn’t, on-pitch success isn’t a prerequisite for getting the CRCW treatment, and the Palancas Negras’ look is ripe for a glow-up.

One of the true minnows of international football are Dominica.

The Dominican national team, despite mixed results in recent months, come unstuck against major players in the CONCACAF confederation, but as we’ve said before, many times, that wouldn’t bar them from participation in the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW).

Another football team with a crest that has its charms was selected for the 378th stage of the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW).

The Tajikistani national side - the representative outfit of the Tajikistan Football Federation - are no great shakes in the international game, but that hardly matters in our world; all teams can get the CRCW treatment, regardless of how good their crest is and regardless of how good they are.

This doesn’t happen every week - let’s face it, it doesn’t happen most weeks - but it could be argued that the 377th stage of the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) tasked the DF members with replacing a very good crest.

That said, when the Football Federation of Kosovo (Federata e Futbollit e Kosovës) unveiled their current identity two years ago, there was some pushback, so why not? So: we did.

The young Dynamic Herb Cebu Football Club - formed in 2021 - might not be familiar to too many globally but they are one of the top sides in the Philippines and their identity certainly justifies their featuring in the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW).

Their stage wasn’t oversubscribed, but their crest - which is, in effect, a relatively mundane shield affair being photobombed by a whale shark swim-by - was certainly updated in fun ways by the five entrants.
