Generic Description:
The home jersey of Malawi consists of two colors - black representing the indigenous people of the continent and the red, which symbolizes the blood of their struggle.
Main pattern is based on the sun from the flag, the 31 rays of which represent the fact that Malawi was the 31st African nation at the time of its independence.
