Faroe Islands Redesign

- Generic Description: So, I did an early submission but I got the colors of Faroe Islands inverted. Therefore here it is the same design with the colors in the right place. If this is a violation of the rules and I'm going to be disqualified, so be it. That was my mistake. But I couldn't stand keeping the crest with the incorrect colors, so I hope I can participate in this round. Thanks in advance.
