If I'd used the Friesland flag as inspiration, then I'd have ended up with the Heerenveen kit. I always wondered where that unique shirt design came from. Friesland is a Farming area of the Northern part of The Netherlands. Famous for a breed of black and white dairy cows. The debate still rages as to whether the English language came from Friesland or whether the regions language came from England!
