- Mountain View is a city in Santa Clara County, California; it is one of the main cities of the so called "Silicon Valley", where most tech companies from all over the world operate. The crest is inspired by the natural environment surrounding the town (also giving it its name) with a modern twist; grey is used to symbolise technology. The Home kit is light grey with a "MV" overlay, while the Away kit is blue, which represents both technology and the sea (as it is on the San Francisco Bay); in this kit a monochrome version of the crest is used, in which the mountains and valley of the full-coloured version are united to form a heart shape). I chose to use Google as a sponsor, as its headquarters are in Mountain View.
