- No, I've not gone backwards and done a Shire. Durham City are an amateur team. They have not been in the professional leagues for about 100 years! So I thought it was time for this Cathedral City to step up! So as with Derby and Notts, I decided to name them County. I liked the logo of the local restaurant!
