Yellow trim on a white shirt does not really work, and this would be a great design if the yellow was not there. Really an all green or all white away would be a lot better

Yeah it can be very hit or miss yellow on white but also can look great for example Vitoria Guimaraes' third kit from a few seasons ago (vague reference I know :P)

I was actually aiming for something that looked quite nationalist (in a good way) and what better than the flag. The only down side is that their rivals APOEL wear yellow as a home shirt.

Like I said though I do think it looks odd.

Yeah, thats another reason not to use yellow. If you got rid of all the yellow on the kit, and moved the Island outline over the heart and made it a watermark, that might work better.
