It isn't actually a pocket, it was a way of presenting the nike logo in a different way, I came up with the patch idea that would be designed to look like a pocket, its a feature which at the moment I like, but who knows in 2 months i could have a "what was I thinking" moment. I doesn't even function as a pocket, as it is completely stitched down.
I think I was considering what it would look like off the field aswell, worn by the fans.

The main question for me regarding the pocket is, 'why is it necessary?'

Wow thats quite a compliment, maybe a bit too generous but ill gladly take it.
The collar comment is spot on and that is what i really don't like here...far too thin. At the moment between people on here and friends, the pocket is a talking point which I like, for now ill keep it and see what happens.

This is incredible. MAYBE I'-) make the Brazil crest a little larger but the pocket is inspired, the "NIKE" shirt-coloured on top of the green swoosh is perfection and the 80s/90s "NIKE" on the socks is an idea plucked from a mid of pure genius.

One of the most thoughtful and original kits I've ever seen. Love the sleeve ends too.

Font is very nice here, again the pocket doesn't look good and here it actually dominate the shirt even more so than the Brazil logo which is always a bad thing. To fit with the sleeve style I think the collar needs to be a bit fatter on the trim or even better may be vice versa. The light blue shorts should make a definite return though, good job on that.
