It's certainly good for a start, just think you should get your logo sizes and positions sorted out and since the shirt is supposed to be at an angle, give the logos a bit of perspective so they look more like they're part of the shirt.

That's a good effort then.
By perspective I mean move the logos into a shape which looks more like it slants with the shirt's shape.

For example:
When drawing a road going into the distance on a piece of paper you would draw it like /\ instead of || to show it heading off into the distance.

So you need to make one side of your logos on the chest a little bit smaller at one side that the other.

Another example of this is to hold a football shirt up in front of you straight to start with then turn it away from you and look at how the logo changes size. The bit turning away from you is getting smaller to the eye.
