The target shaped one is not the scudetto patch. That's the Coppa Italia patch. The scudetto patch is the one under the collar on the back. Teams who won more than 10 titles have the golden star on the crest.
The word Milan on the shorts would be blasphemy. Inter Milan is not the name of the team in Italy. Inter is Inter, and Milan is AC Milan.

It's a different twist on the vertical stripes, but this would make me nauseous if I had to play against them. Which might be the point.
