I am not an expert on Intellectual Property law but in my humble opinion there are enough differences to say that Turbinal has not copied your work. When designing a plain shirt we are often going to come up with similar designs to others. There is a finite number of potential design combinations. In KOTW I often amend my designs after spotting that someone has already submitted something similar to what I had originally going to submit. This is zeitgeist, not plagiarism. As we all use official club crests, colours, sponsors logos and manufacturer logos we are all using others copyright. Legally, I guess, this is acceptable if we do not profit from it. If we manufactured our designs without, changing those copyrighted logos, we would be breaking the law. Other peoples work on this site inspires me. But none of us would purposely copy. Keep bringing us your great designs my friend.
