The badge, kit make and sponsor all need to be higher on the shirt, other than that it's a good design.

The new badge you've done works well but not sure on the split 'prepared'.

Steevo, thank you for your comment, it is much appreciated. when I was designing the crest, I wasnt sure where to place it. I did try it below the lion but that made the outer circle look empty.
