Very interesting. Are these colors original or just variations? Because in small size (i.e. on jersey) this logo will be blurred. I like the idea and the font, but as a Ukrainian football design blogger I have noticed two small defects:
1. It would be better if you used Ukrainian club name (Зоря Луганськ) instead of Russian (Заря Луганск).
2. Usually the balls are not used on Ukrainian modern football badges as they seem outdated. If you remove the ball and connect the rays in the center, it would be great.
