Thanks for the comments, and yes I did draw this template myself. I modeled the design off of the current national kits being put out by Nike at the moment. Also, please note that the numbers are a custom font I designed specifically for this project.

Great design, looking very good. My suggestion would be change the logo of Polska and put in that place the eagle, and that Polska logo put it at the bottom of the t-shirt or add in the arms. Nice detail in the back in neck side of Polska. Very nice the red line with the number.
