@bluehorizonsky Excuse me.....you have spoiled the crest that way! the final effect as i had conceived it is altered and ruined you had to use a green background behind green logos at all costs?
@chicobiko Part of your crest would've been invisible if I didn't put the outline on it. If you've seen every other CRCW that I've hosted, all the voting panels are the same colour as the home kit of the respective club.
@LuisEdBL He's refusing to enter the competition because of the ongoing dispute about the joint winners tiebreak policy which has been used ever since the competition started..
You could have chosen black for all or just mine or ask me to adjust the crest I know you didnt do that on purpose but you cared to place giannakakis s one over a different background I could explain why your outline blasted my crest but it is useless now
@chicobiko I'm sorry to be the one to say this, but if your design can't be placed on a green background then it isn't fit for its purpose. Wien play in green. Would you have them change shirt colours? It is a consideration you need to make when designing the crest
@MartinLeRoy yes forward this to others too after you had a look at the whole panel your argument however doesn't stand because it could be a crest for change kits or for home if the green of the shirt was different but he picked exactly the same color of the crest i doubt this could be a real crest but when it is produced it is sewn and embroidered and it stands out on green too.
Well because bluehorizonsky found it necessary to hang me out here for refusing to enter this competition than I feel it right to put a few things strait, I did send him a personal post after last voting explaining that I did not agree up on changing the rules as to the voting when it was tiebreak in the competition, we have had a few conversation about that here on the site before and it should not surprise anyone that we do not all agree up on how that should be handled, bluehorizonsky states that is was always the meaning it should be in this way, that the person running the competition each time decides a winner in a ti brake, I have tried to find something that confirms that claim in past competitions and in the rules from the beginning of the competition when Ziko started it, I may be wrong on that but I have not found anything that confirms bluehorizonsky´s claim in that regard. We have had few ti brakes lately and I personally find that ok, I was and I am not in a favor on changing that now, I told him that I was not interested to continue at present state of the competition and was puling out of it. I did send him a personal post because I did not want to start a arguments here on the site over this and I explained that to him, and I still think it is not worth it to start creating a trouble about it here and will there for not discuss this further here on the site, if anyone wants to discuss this with me then you can sen me a personal pots in that case. I has been a good competition so far and a good fun being a part of it. Good luck to all of you in coming competitions.
It was certainly the way I ran it to cast the final vote in the event of a tie, and I recall taking that over from Ziko while he ran the competition. I was never asked either way to change or keep that system, but the way I see it, it should probably stay that way just to avoid the confusion. Also, purely from the point of view of me being a lazy so and so, it's easier to keep track of winners if there's only one per week ;)
Following on from Dak, I also incorporated tiebreakers in the event of two/ multiple first placed participants in the same way bluehorizonsky has here, and as Ziko and Dak did beforehand. The tiebreak was the organiser who makes the deciding vote, hence why there's never been a joint winner. In my opinion it's a pretty fair way to do it and should be kept as such.
@OSB Design I do not understand why Rabbi always makes a problem for every argument. It's simple, the manager should decide how to break the tie, and I think most agree that there should be a single weekly winner. Rabbi: If you say this is for fun, this discussion should not be a problem. Keep competing! Vote for turbinal
It's very difficult, i love the designs of pierrelapa, gigidag69 and turbinal! I have to go with pierrelapa because i think it's the one who fit better
@Xino Xino I am not trying to make problem for anyone at least I hope I am not creating one, I contacted bluehorizonsky by personal post to avoid that, and I told him so, thing is I just did not like the set up as it is now and that is why I am to pull out for now, if I come back to this competition at some other time only time will tell. I hope you guys carry on with your competition as normal and I will follow with interest what is submitted in each week, I might even do some logos my self of the weekly project but will put it up as a crest design in stead. And as I said earlier good luck to all of you in coming competitions.
And by the way I did say this it for fun, that is why I find it hard to understand why we can not just except the outcome of each voting even if it includes a ti brake out come, but enough said about that.
