Does look better, but it borders that of ecuador.. Maybe use the green jersey and add some aztec elements perhaps?

I really love this one, the accent on the e, the design of the eagle so so prehispanic and also with that military look (specially when in México the army is the top of the top on humanitary helping when natural dissasters)

It's a great improvement.
I think that the wings of the eagle are too wide, and that you need contrast between the eagle and the outline, the white/gold interactions i think it will look visualy mixed up when you look to the badge at distance (and in a complete uniform).
I also think you don't need the white outline because it's of a similar tone than the golden one.
The typography of the MEXICO word is fantastic, good work there.
I think you're almost there and i would like to see this badge on a green shirt, because of the home colors on the mexico's uniform.

Fantastic! The use of the aztec eagle is a great idea. I liked how you brought the old version of the crest back to life as well. I have to agree with JCPierola, however, when it comes to the outline. I think that green would contrast better than gold against the white elements of the crest.

Well, it does resemble the nazi eagle. However, I think that every eagle in this art style would do so. If you look at the ecuador football federation crest, for example, you'll see an equally similar eagle.
