I like this version more than the following one :-)
Maybe try shortening the part representing the old crest (it looks a bit too long) and separating the two parts (old and new crest) ;-)

@Tlio I also found the 'new part' of the logo to be too long. I'll try to shorten it and separate both crests to see if it looks better.
