Bayer Leverkusen - Crest Redesign

- Work in progress so feedback welcomed! I swapped out the Bayer logo for just text and removed the supporting lions. I thought about keeping them but there are a multitude of clubs with lions for emblems so I wanted to avoid going down that path. As a result I've used a unique element from the Leverkusen Coat of Arms as the main feature for this crest.
