You don't need to include the flag, the date of foundation and the full name of the club, just the name AJAX and the representation of the man himself would suffice.

Remember, on a shirt the flag would probably be represented below the collar on the back, as a watermark pattern, or something else.

This would be good on a hat or scarf though.
