The floral emblem of the ward of Urawa, the Bright eyes, is in the centre of the crest and is comprised of 11 red diamonds. The two stars above and below the Bright eyes flower represent the two AFC Championns League wins, Reds are the only Japanese team to win the trophy twice.

Surrounding the diamond is the team name, the name of the city the team plays in and the year of establishment.
