BX Brussels (the only kit they\'ll ever need)

- Description
- Taking the motto to heart I thought \"What would a football club\'s visual identity look like if they were starting to scratch and could ignore all the usual conventions?\" I then sought to find a design that would most emphatically declare the arrival of BX Brussels into the footballing world and create an instantly recognisable image. In my mind this is the Home, Away, Third, whatever. There aren\'t that many clubs they would have to change this for, and if there was a clash, just pull on a bib. After all, UEFA aren\'t going to be in a position to bully a club that will be in the Belgian lower leagues for at least a few years. The only logos are club ones. There are no player names because no-one is bigger than the club. Also, it would mean compromising the design if names and logos were to be squeezed in. I\'d thought about all-white, but people would say \"Oh look, they copied Real Madrid\". I thought about all-black, but in my opinion black is for referees. Even if the biggest club on the planet adopted such a striking two-tone design people would say \"Oh look, they copied BX Brussels\". And that\'s how it should be. An arrogant approach? Maybe. But when it comes to sport, a little arrogance can breed a lot of confidence. Confidence can win matches, hence why it is important to look good. For some time I\'ve been admiring the work of those who post here, but this is the first time I\'ve submitted anything. I read about the club, it caught my imagination, and I knocked this out on a long train journey. Comments are welcome. Please be nice.
