Description: Pontevedra Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. is a Spanish football team based in Pontevedra, in the autonomous community of Galicia. Founded in 1941 it currently plays in Segunda División B – Group 1, holding home matches at Estadio Municipal de Pasarón, with a capacity of 12,000 seats. Having enjoyed its heyday in the 1960s, it even reached the First Division, leading it during November and December 1965. The club was renowned at the top level for its performances against the bigger clubs, especially at home. Due to their history, fanbase, and stadium, los Granates are considered Galicia's third biggest club, behind Deportivo de La Coruña and Celta de Vigo, despite having spent the majority of recent decades in Spanish football's inferior categories
