I think the two designs do not look anything, just use the same main colors, fulham fc wears black and white, I can not use the green ...

I now that i'm gonna get some "haters" because of this comment, but just leave the guy alone. It's a clears coincidence that the designs have black sleeves. If you haven't noticed, my design for Bolton kit is quite similiar too, but like I said it's just a coincidence. :-*

yeah right, I copied all designs with a color sleeves published so far.
and no one can put black sleeves or be a copy.

the two designs do not look anything, what happens is that you beat moon for much difference in the first day, and wants to eliminate a good rival.
this is not done within hours of closing.

@fjmh Hey man, this is exactly what I didn't want to happen, for people to get bitter. Like I said to you before, all respects, I mean it. You see, i've had multiple people tell me that it appears that you've designed something eerily similar to his, and as the commish of this league i'm forced to do something.

Just to be clear, im not accusing you of cheating. If Hendo was in your situation, i'd be acting the same and asking for the same reupload. Im sorry that he uploaded his first, and regret having to request a different shirt from you.

@mumbai If I wanted to 'eliminate' him I would have just assumed he plagiarized and dq'd him, clearly I have nothing against him; this is just a sticky situation that could only be solved by him uploading a different design ( which he did, and which, at least in my opinion, looks actually better than this one!)

I agree with you to an extent, but the teams you've noted have a history of those design motifs; the single stripe for Ajax, the diagonal halves for Monaco. Fulham really has no history of all black sleeves on a white body, which is why the situation is being dealt like this. For the sake of head to head voting, i've asked him to reupload. Please understand.

@moom Moom, if this is a new rule, it must be in the previous list. Anyway, I see this issue a bit unfair, if two designs looks very similar, the small details make the diference. I'm with fjmh and his original proposal, I'm don't see nothing wrong with this :)

@matupeco Well technically it is in the rules; no plagiarism, but since its not clear whether or not it was deliberate, the punishment isn't being enforced.

@moom well actually, they wore shirts with black sleeves back in 2009-2010.
