So onto season #2.  What will Puma come up with in their second year at the Emirates?  There are plenty of ideas already on DF but it would be great, by way of a just-for-fun comp, to see what Arsenal could be wearing come August 2015, at the start of the 2015-16 season.

Competition rules:

1) You can enter as many times as you like, with as many shirts/kits as you like.

2) Puma as manufacturer, (Fly) Emirates as sponsor.

3) Shirts or full kits to suit - though the latter may be worth your time.

4) Home, Away, Third, Goalkeeper or whatever shirts/kits you think will present the concept in the best way.

As is standard with DF competitions, selected entries will be featured on the DF Facebook page and tweeted and designs already uploaded to Football Shirt Culture's Fantasy Kit Designs or the DF galleries are both eligible and welcome, so please don't hesitate to include them.

The competition will close at 23:59 on Friday 19th December 2014 and the winner(s) - chosen by me - will be announced shortly afterwards.

Update - 6/3/15: Apologies for the delay. Here are the winners.

The best Home kit honour goes to tappei for this effort. Great detail on the sleeves - although Uefa may have something to say about space not being left for the patches - and a balanced desiogn all round.

For the Away, allthough a look more associated with rivals Tottenham Hotspur, the all-yellow-with-blue of giannakakis's entry seems to provide a bold and confident look - and the retro crest helps too!

Abnd Sportix bags the prizes for best Third and goalkeeper kit. The former is demoted to second change rather than Away, and acts, in my mind, as a valid alternative to the Home, whilst nodding to the redcurrant shirts of the distant past (and 2005). The goalkeeper kit mixes the traditional - it's green - and the neo-traditional idea of 'keepers wearing graphic-heavy tops.

Finally, an honorable mention for giannakakis's Home to go with the Away gong. Puma wouldn't dare give the Gunners an asymmetrical shirt, with one red sleeve and one white, but this demonstrates it mightn't actually look so bad!
