@mumbai M8 I understand what you mean and I have only just begun designing crests a few weeks ago so I do know that i need more practice. But the whole "less is more" thing is a bit narrow-minded, considering the fact that there are so many great crests that use a lot of detail, look at the QPR emblem for example, or the Real Madrid, "less is more is not always the case, and it often makes designs look quite poor (like the basic Napoli crest).
1) The boar or whatever you call it head doesn't really blend in with the rest and, 2) The striped panel seems out of place, like an afterthought if you get me.
Try improving these two and you'd have a pretty decent design.
FH Logo Designs, Do keep up your design work, but I advice you to spend more time on looking how crests are build up, you should also spend more time on doing your own design work, some of this look as being taken from clip art and blend to gather, there is nothing wrong getting a inspiration from other works but you should at least draw it op your self if you are to use it as idea in your work, not just copy and passed as I feel you are doing, but correct me if I am wrong in my assessment. But do keep up your design work, but make it yours. :-)
