- Ah, the "Red Dogs". The other well known team in Romania (besides FCSB, former Steaua Bucuresti and Rapid Bucuresti), Dinamo Bucuresti is one of the teams that slumped during the ages, culminating with the first relegation to the Second Division one season ago. For a club with such history and great derbies (alongside Steaua Bucuresti in the Eternal Derby) most of the recent history makes them look like an under-dog club instead of a prestigious one. Especially since they currently are on the verge of going back to Second Division as their position is not above the red zone.As you may remember, they had a prior re-design competition for all fans, which ended in a failure due of winning logo causing a riot among fans for being too bland and too old-school, with a gold gradient as border around it. The most striking feature of Dinamo are the 2 dogs; the most logical explanation of their appearance as a symbol of the club is due of Nunweiller brothers, apart of the Golden Age of the team.The proposed club crest combines past and present, featuring the D from their first 3 logos with the dogs from the current crest, but modernised.
