Seems , as you went right to the computer without any inspiration and , most 

importantly , sketches . You have a great opportunity here  to create a nice, cool 

logo , by the way . Here , what hit me at a first glance was a NFL football in green , and

then that light grey on top of that make the whole thing look to a coin purse .So, please , 

go back to a proper creative process , meaning - ton of sketches , as many as you will need .

The jersey looks good .
