Bullanguero - Judging from what you said I can tell that you are someone who understands things quite well.
There is, you may or may not agree with this but its true, only a limit to how much the human brain can create. A perfect example is flags of countries.
There are about 6 designs on the world which have been used over and over again by other countries - The american stripes and stars design, the french 'tricolore' bars design, the dutch 3 stripes design, the cross design, the russian red, white and blue design and finally the turkish crescent design. If you take a look at the flags then you will see that ten or even 20 countries have copycat designs. It is not about the colour of the flag but about whether it reprersents the country's core beliefs and values.
JUst like falgs, football shirts represent the heritage and beliefs of a team, whether it be a club or country. The design itself bears no resemblance as long as these are shown. The average polish suipporter wont wear a the whole kit but just the shorts so it is better to have the flag on the shirt.
Unfortunately, I dont have time to compare shirts see where the 'unoriginal' designs may have been copied from, so I cant write anymore on this but if you still dont understand what I am trying to say then just say and I WILL present the other 20 arguments I have.
