One category on DF which is something of a hidden gem is the Concept League, which recently saw its inaugural season come to an end.
The brainchild of über-talented member ConceptFootball, the Concept League’s first edition consisted of two divisions of repeated fantasy kit matchups and some of the finest designers on the website battling to come out on top - or, in the case of TRIDENTE and KitKong, achieve promotion to the crème de la crème.
The other side of that coin is, sadly, relegation, but there’s no shame in Rabbi and fayed’s drop down to the second tier - or "Second League" - especially when we consider that the Concept League’s first Premier League champion is the marvellous Corinth.
With the league’s future up for discussion - a project in its infancy is at its most malleable - let ConceptFootball know how it should be taken forward here. We’ll just sit back and enjoy the incredible designs.
