Having 400 stages of a challenge is quite an achievement, so huge thanks have to go to everyone who has contributed to the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) over the years, not least the wonderful administrators - it’s currently in the assured hands of Narci.

For the 400th chapter, presentation was kept uniform - with records of the entrants displayed on special frames - and the fantasy client were Abu Dhabi-based UAE Pro League side Al Ain Football Club (FC).

As always, the quality was very high. Several entrants could have won the day, and - a demonstration of how tight things were - raffe and OTHYcreative couldn’t be separated by the voting.

The two winning entries do similar things - the iconic Al Jahili Fort is present and correct on both - but are undeniably hugely distinct, and that’s often the beauty of CRCW. So congratulations to the winners on this occasion, and congratulations to anyone who has ever got involved and made our primary team badge challenge so respected.
