The 323rd stage of the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) was centred on current Romanian Liga I (SuperLiga) top dogs FCV Farul Constanța.
Managed and owned - in the main - by Romania legend Gheorghe Hagi, with fellow Romania legend Gheorghe “Gică” Popescu club president, the side has a hugely complicated past, but we like to keep things relatively simple on DF - great team badges and straightforward democracy.
So we got neat lighthouse-centric creations from the likes of ONI, ardifadli - in ship’s wheel/helm roundel form - and eventual winner vesolog, as well as some splendid differing approaches from others.
As we often say, plenty of crests entered - including, but not limited to, those mentioned - would be improvements on “Marinarii”’s current left-breast embellishment, and as the club continues to grow perhaps they’ll receive an upgrade in that department.
Meanwhile, we just put things out there, and the likes of vesolog take their plaudits.
