Kit Design Tutorial for BeginnersHere

The 300th edition of the Crest Redesign Competition Weekly (CRCW) was a little different, but the result was very similar to the previous: Aegon winning a stage involving a side known by their four-letter initialism.

Los Angeles Football Club - let’s face it, LAFC - are inadvertently subject to the current backlash towards black-and-gold football kits, having the overused colourway as their first-choice look, but the relatively young MLS team certainly have a striking identity, which our challenge embraced.

Each entry was presented the same way this time, also including details of the entrant’s record in the CRCW, and it made for a pleasing selection that was then to grace the voting.

The heavily angelic stylings - “The Angels”, remember? - fueled many of the designs, including Aegon’s winner. In that case, as UFC commentator Jon Anik may say, the black and gold befitted a champion.

    Hello all !

    Time and time again I've noticed how designers  , without any shame , stealing someone's else creations. Aegon is not an exception either, and I'm referring to a central portion of his concept, to : " LA " part - it was already created ( check "shutterstock " 1744399799 ).

@OTHYcreativeI get the concept, and it's cool, you replace the the sponsors logo with the town or city name.  Milano would be correct on an Inter shirt, but for AC, ...
@Skyebaggieno team would. it's a concept
Cool design, sorry to be that person though, but AC Milan would never have the Italianate version of the city name written on their shirt.
Nice design SB. Love what you've done with the stripes.
