Great competition concept. Unfortunately, I'm going on a long trip and won't be able to design kits during that time. Otherwise, I'd definitely take part in it.

I that case Moom then I am OUT, first you said the firs 16 to sign in to participate now it is the first 16 to pick a team, I have not got that much time to sit an wait for the team to appear to get one picked and that is a bit unfair to those that are hard op at work and not near computer to do the picking. I t is nice to see a competition like this start but it dues not get of well in my opinion, you should have stuck to the first 16 and then leave it open to others is someone of the 16 is not picking a team or drooping out, but this is your competition and you have it as you think is best. :sad:

Gotta agree with Rabbi, the first 16 should be entered. If more people are interested why not increase the amount of entrants?

The way this is handled is a bit unfair to those that live in a different time zone then some of us and makes it harder for them to participate, I have participated in composition on an other sight where the first to sign in are the participants, others will have to wait until next competition takes place, and have at that time a priority for the next competition, if needed the participants from this competition can sign in to fill the 16 places but do not have a priority, by doing this all of us get a chance to participate in a competition and it is fair to all.

I Don't see how this is unfair when I've given everybody a warning post like this. What would be unfair is me not letting all the people with potential interest know about it ahead of time. And yeah it may be unfair that some people get shafted by the time I'm putting it up, but sadly, a majority of the people here are in Europe and it's probably the best time for them. I'm sorry dude. I myself live in California, USA.

You don't have to sit around at a computer either.. It'll be here at 9pm GMT.

Thanks moom for your answer. I was just trying to point out flows I thought to be regarding the set up here that is all and hoping you take in to consideration what I posted earlier here and in a post to you explaining my self, but I am not going to make a fuss over this, I just pull out. ;-)

@ns11 I'm sorry but you were the 17th person to enter in a competition of 16 people. :( If somebody backs out, i'll make sure that you get put in.
