This away shirt pays homage to the JSL championship won by Urawa Reds. At that time, the club was called Mitsubishi FC, and used to wear blue as their home colours:

The reference to the achievement can be seen on the colour of the kit, but also on the pattern all-over the kit (which emulates the crest used by the team those days - which also happens to be Mitsubishi's logo haha). Furthermore, inside the collar a stylized logo that mixes Urawa's old and current crests can be seen. On the back, right below the collar, there's also a inscription that states "1969 - Hajimete no Torofii no Toshi", or "1969 - Year of the First Trophy" (I probably butchered the Japanese language on this one, but oh well... haha):
