Can I ask the voters what your criterion of judgment is when you vote for a shirt? Auguspineiro has all my respect, but compared to the proposed shirts, his shirt is anonymous. yet he receives more and more votes from everyone. I wonder at this point if I am wrong in judging the links of others or if the votes are sympathetic.

@MDDesign My opinion is that the kit must be beautiful, well researched, inovative and must have some connection to the team.
Aguses kit has all of that. It is beautiful, works well as a third or home kit. It is well researched, it has that dragon pattern on the sleeves and dragon is on the logo of the team. It is inovative because it uses the red color, in my knowledge, red was never used on Olimpijas kit. Also red is not a foreign color because it's on the coat of arms of the city Ljubljana. All of that makes a connection to the team and makes this a really really good entry and in my opinion the best in this round.
@giannakakis Before I first entered a competition here I was warned by another member that it was a lottery and nothing to be taken seriously. So, with that advice ringing in my head I decided to have a go. And do you know what? he was right, it is a lottery, or what I would liken it to: The Eurovision song contest. :-)
@MDDesign May I ask you what is your criteria for voting? Why is Skybaggies entry better than others? Because every week you vote for him, is it because he has the best design every week or is it just sympathetic? ;)
@cukun This shirt cannot be used as a third choice. the UEFA regulation requires that the uniforms be of different colors. his color is too close to green, so it would not be in line with the regulations imposed by UEFA. aside from the technical argument, I repeat, it is not for auguspineiro, but on other occasions I have noticed that some very well-made uniforms were preferred to others that did not make much sense. See the baby bib rewarded last week.
Maybe it's me that when I give a vote I use a wrong yardstick, and maybe this makes the difference on my works that, despite the commitment, are never rewarded.
I would like to understand and understand to improve myself in creations
@cukun and skybaggie have very similar styles. very often we compare ourselves to the currencies we create. if you open the photo of skybaggie, you will notice one of my comments of appreciation. I didn't always vote for him with 5 points. My criterion is based on three main questions
- Originality (which shirt is more original?) - Style (which jersey has a style that stands out from the others?) - Details (Which presents details that make the difference?)
Then I look for anecdotes between creations and society. For example, I notice that some have put a strange design on the AEK uniform. I will go to study if there is something relevant.
Without prescribed criteria, "judging" on any online forum is a popularity competition rather than based on skill.
For me a design has to be sympathetic to the club and it's traditions. A conservative club should have a plain design and a more progressive team should have a more adventurous design. The colours should be those similar to those the club have used in the past and not those of their local rival. A design should be more than changing just the collar and cuffs. For me these are concept kits and not a little bit of a tweak kits. Finally the most important factor is would I wear it.
