This is so close to being something great, I'd lose the drop shadows and take out so much emphasis on the 'Football Club' portion of the crest then add in some more ornate Kazakh styled decorations in the border. Potentially a more modern font could work also but I'm not sure about that.

@curswine I second the font, something smaller and more simple / sans-serif. Really good stuff though
