Another quick competition to showcase creativity. Just for fun again, it'll run until Saturday 5th May and then Jay29ers will pick winners.

As usual, selected entries will be featured on the DF facebook page and tweeted and designs already uploaded to Football Shirt Culture's Fantasy Kit Designs or the DF galleries are both eligible and welcome so please don't hesitate to include them.

There are very few goalkeeper kits on DF, which is surprising as they offer freer reign than outfield equivalents. Here's an opportunity to put that right. We're keen to see home/away/change goalkeeper kits of any team, by any manufacturer and with any sponsor. Shirts can be long-sleeved, short-sleeved (with baselayer?) or three-quarter length. Anything goes.

Update 6/5/12: The competition is now closed and Jay29ers has picked his winner.  Congratulations to Donnypool with his incredible Brazil design.

The standard was incredibly high throughout once again and a huge amount of entries were uploaded.  There were several designs worthy of winning most competitions but were unfortunate in being pitted against Donnypool's masterpiece.  Several of arius85's asymmetrical and chest banded efforts would have looked great on the pitch and VSync32's gold Manchester City shirt got the imagination going.  It was also great seeing so many short-sleeved and modern designs.

Donnypool, though, really captured how to combine the 90s loudly-patterned approach with a modern style, to an extent which his chosen manufacturer Umbro arguably haven't even managed themselves.  Stunning.

Well done to everyone who entered.  Remember that there is another competition open now so an opportunity to have plenty more goes!
