Another just for fun competition, running until Friday 11th May, and then Jay29ers will pick winners.
We'd like to see what people think could be next for adidas (and their three stripes). We've seen plenty of templates over the years, from the trefoil designs to the bold Equipment efforts of the early nineties right through to the current more subtle approach - via the Golpes and Tiros - and we're wondering where they go now.
Templates should be demonstrated by way of three different team kits being displayed on each entry - they don't necessarily have to be from adidas's current roster and they can be home, away or goalkeeper. Shirts can be long-sleeved, short-sleeved (with baselayer?) or three-quarter length. Anything goes.
As usual, selected entries will be featured on the DF facebook page and tweeted and designs already uploaded to Football Shirt Culture's Fantasy Kit Designs or the DF galleries are both eligible and welcome so please don't hesitate to include them.
Update 12/5/12: The competition is now closed and Jay29ers has picked his winner. Congratulations to Steevo.
The standard was high again with several designs worthy of winning but Steevo pipped the others by providing the example of Germany in his template. A wonderful kit.
Well done to everyone who entered. There should be another competition coming very soon!
