Home kit for the team from Ireland. Derry have played in red and white stripes throughout most of their history, usually with black shorts. But they have worn white for a fair number of seasons, and on the cover of the single for "My Perfect Cousin" by The Undertones (who are from Derry, and "Teenage Kicks" is played before every home game), the Derry City figurine has white shorts. Hence the white shorts here. The red stripes have a watermark pattern, and on the inside of the shirt is a popular chant at Derry matches. The twin oak leaves from the main crest adorn the back of the shirt and the socks.
