I like the subtlety (damn that's a hard word to spell without a second glance) of the three shades of red. Simple and elegant, although maybe the colours of the crest could have been altered to match the rest of the kit more - that tiny bit of blue in an all red kit is a bit jarring.
Pedantry aside, the only thing stopping this from being a bit higher up was that it's not as adventurous/outrageous as Carlisle shirts tend to be - they're one of those teams, like Marseille or Werder Bremen (but not Barca - you listening Nike?) , where a bit of outlandishness looks good.
