actually, the horizontal white stripe has recurred several times in Boro kits and apparently it's been used throughout the years as a sort of leit motive (one of the kits design I'm working on atm features one as well, seems like great minds think alike :P )

Yes U are right, but the idea was to show and incorporate the shirt from 04 so thats why i was focused on that one for the stripes as well:-)
