This redesign has a representation of an icon (or should that be icons?) of Grenoble, the Grenoble-Bastille cable car, affectionately nicknamed Les bulles (the bubbles), which links the city centre with the former fortress that overlooks the city.

1892 was the year of the original clubs foundation. There was just one flower on the current logo, but this one has all the flowers from the Grenoble seal and logo.

Grenoble played in a white shirt with a blue chestband in the 1980's, hence the band.
