not too keen on the illuminations one but i like this one.

Being from Blackpool myself I feel as though I have to comment hehe

I'm not really keen on it at all tbh, although a logo incorporating the tower is really needed an upgrade on the 'tower power' logo would be fantastic. This is just too plain and predictable for me, and all the unused orange space adds nothing, if anything it makes the tower look more irrelevant. I probably prefer the 'illuminations' one more since it combats that problem, but it's quite impractical, maybe for an special away kit though.
