Sturt's home ground, Unley Oval, is situated between Oxford Terrace and Cambridge Terrace, hence the 'Double Blues' nickname.
Founded in 1901, the club have won 15 SANFL premierships, including five consecutive flags during the period 1966 - 71 when Jack Oatey was the coach.
