As you may expect there are few large towns/cities in The Netherlands without a football team. One Forum site lists Hilversum, Den Helder, Almere (although soon it will), Assen, Middelburg, Vlissingen, Heerlen, Gouda as the only such places. I opted not to do the Big Cheese that is Gouda and opted for a link to my Hell concept. One possible meaning for Helder is "Hell's door," like Schipol - literally ship hole, it is where many ships were lost.
