Description: I made this as part of a competition for another website, the competition is to pick a city from a list of 20 most populous in that country and base a kind of American style new franchise team. I picked Palermo and rather just focus on the city I decided to base around the Sicily region. The home colours are derived from a bit of a combination between Catania and Palermo\'s real kits and the away is a play on the Sicilian flag. Not that reasons behind colours matter for franchised teams. :P

Those kits are beautiful, and I love the idea of a team for the whole of Sicily. :razz:

Any chance of you telling me what site this competition's on? I'-) really like to see the other designs, and result.

Well it will be a little while before all the entries get released for the competition for Italy and Spain, they're running along side each other, but a German competition was done some time before which you can take a look at here http://boards.sportslogos.net/index.php?showtopic=72962 I didn't enter this though
