In blue with white sleeves, this was the first choice colour scheme for The Tractor Boys from 1936 to 1964, and when they won the top title in 1962. The crest is a refreshed version of the current one, with the crenelations at the top resembling the Wolsey Gate (a landmark in Ipswich), and the three stars represent the League, the FA Cup and the UEFA Cup wins. The date of foundation is on the inside of the collar, and on the back is the main shield from the Ipswich coat of arms. The shirt has vertical stripes with a jacquard pattern on both the front and the rear. Please click on the picture to see in full detail.
