I just thought to myself then how I would have done it if it was me and I think I would have given the kit Monaco's traditional diagonal red halves but then introduced the Malboro to the white side giving the look of the Malboro V, to keep in with the club traditions I think this would be more suitable but since you're looking into football sponsorships, it gives an interesting insight into what things could have looked like without the advertising ban on smoking.

Also loving that the upturns on the sleeves have stripes corresponding with the logo, gives a classy finish.

I like the design, and love the upturns of the sleeve caps as curswine says. The socks are also very nice. Although, even if cigarette companies were allowed to sponsor shirts, I'm not sure their brand would be allowed to dictate the whole concept of the shirt.

Well just look what Red Bull have done to football, totally destroying the history of Salzburg and Metrostars just for a sponsorship deal, I think this something like this could have been a definite possibility given the right chain of events in history.

I think this kit is were the sleeves ends thingy works the best. Maybe you could match it with a polo collar thats white and striped on the inside?
